Refund policy

The refund for the returns will be given in the form of a coupon code that will be valid for three months and can be applied to the next purchase. Refunds would be processed from the company within 7-14 working days to the same instrument debited.

AFFOREST Green Beauty does not influence the timelines except for processing the refund.

You will receive an email updating you about the refund, once the brand processes it. We would request you to kindly connect with your respective bank or credit card issuer for further updates.

You will have to provide your bank details via email and the amount will be debited to your account within 7-14 working days.
